fa تاملی بر نسبت عدالت و مشارکت اجتماعی (بازخوانی تجربه جمهوری اسلامی ایران ) A Reflection on the Relationship between Justice and Social Participation( Rereading the Experience of the Islamic Republic of Iran) تحولات انقلاب اسلامی پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">از منظر قانون اساسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران، «حق الهی تعیین سرنوشت»، توجیه کننده مشارکت و دخالت شهروندان در قدرت است، در مقابل، مشارکت اجتماعی مبتنی بر این حق، مشروعیت بخش نظام سیاسی و تقویت کننده نفوذ آن در فضای اجتماعی برای پیشبرد عدالت است. هدف پژوهشی کنونی، بررسی نسبت و برهمکنش عدالت و مشارکت اجتماعی و بازخوانی تجربه جمهوری اسلامی ایران در این زمینه است. در این راستا برای پیشبرد پژوهش از روش کیفی تحلیل اسنادی استفاده شده است. بررسی تجربه جمهوری اسلامی ایران نشان میدهد، همبستگی مثبتی بین دوره‌های کاهش نابرابری و رشد مشارکت اجتماعی و جامعه مدنی، مشاهده می‌شود، هرچند این رابطه خطی و بدون وقفه نیست و از عوامل دیگری نیز اثر می‌پذیرد. در دهه شصت که سیاستهای بازتوزیعی پرقدرت دنبال شده، حضور در عرصه های اجتماعی، حداکثری بوده است. در دهه هفتاد و به دلیل سیاستهای تعدیل اقتصادی، تضعیف مشارکت همگرا به ویژه در حوزه سیاسی روی میدهد. در دوره اصلاحات ادراک عدالت سیاسی تقویت شده و رشد نهادها و ساختارها مشارکت، رقابت سیاسی و... برجسته میشود. در دهه هشتاد و با برآمدن گفتمان عدالتگرایی و توجه به عدالت توزیعی، در کوتاه مدت احساس محرومیت نسبی و شکاف مرکز / پیرامون کاهش نسبی یافت و بنابراین مشارکت سیاسی در انتهای این دهه به اوج خود رسید، هرچند که زمینه های شکل گیری مشارکت اعتراضی نیز رشد کرد. در دهه نود و با رشد شبکه های اجتماعی که نقش کلیدی در تقویت ادراک ناعدالتی داشتند، الگوی مشارکت اجتماعی و سیاسی تغییرات جدی را تجربه کرد و مشارکت اعتراضی به الگوی برجسته بدل شد. در کنار رشد نافرمانی مدنی، روند نزولی مشارکت رسمی و سیاسی در این دوره شدت بالای گرفت.   </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">From the perspective of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the "divine right to self-determination" justifies citizens' participation and interference in power. On the other hand, social participation based on this right legitimizes the political system and strengthens its influence in the social space to advance justice. The aim of the current research is to examine the relationship and interaction between justice and social participation and to review the experience of the Islamic Republic of Iran in this field. In this regard, a qualitative method of documentary analysis has been used to advance the research. A study of the experience of the Islamic Republic of Iran shows that there is a positive correlation between periods of reducing inequality and the growth of social participation and civil society, although this relationship is not linear and uninterrupted and is also affected by other factors. In the sixties, when strong redistribution policies were pursued, presence in social arenas was maximal.In the 1970s, due to economic adjustment policies, the weakening of convergent participation occurred, especially in the political sphere. During the reform period, the perception of political justice was strengthened and the growth of institutions and structures of participation, political competition, etc. became prominent. In the 1980s, with the emergence of the discourse of justice and attention to distributive justice, the feeling of relative deprivation and the gap between the center and the periphery decreased in the short term, and therefore political participation reached its peak at the end of this decade, although the grounds for the formation of protest participation also grew. In the 1990s, with the growth of social networks that played a key role in strengthening the perception of injustice, the pattern of social and political participation experienced serious changes, and protest participation became a prominent pattern.
